If it's January, that means award-show season has begun, with last night's People's Choice kicking off the festivities.
Of course, celebs who participate get more than accolades, borrowed jewelry and fabulous clothes –
they also get to take home oodles of free goodies. Here are just a few of the items hosts Jason Alexander
and Malcolm-Jamal Warner (stars of the CBS sitcom Listen Up), and presenters (who included Ellen DeGeneres,

among the First Celebs To Score A Ribbon Watch By Hot New LA Designer Jacqui Chazen
at the 2005 People’s Choice Awards

Eva Mendes, Poppy Montgomery, Kristen Bell, Roma Maffia & Christina Milian were
also seen sporting the watches.

Jessica Simpson took four ribbon watches, Aisha Tyler, Desperate Housewives’ Marcia Cross and Brenda Strong,
Eva Mendes, Roma Maffia, Kristen Bell, Poppy Montgomery, and Christina Milian were among the winners and
nominees seen wearing jewelry and handbag fashion accessories designer, Jacqui Chazen’s ribbon watches at
the 31st Annual Peoples Choice Awards. Chazen was hand picked to be featured in the Distinctive Assets Celebrity
Boutique and was overwhelmed by the response for her original, one-of-a-kind Pucci-inspired watches.
"Passion…” winner Tom Selleck gave one to his daughter and Mike Meyers fell in love with the watches and was
seen eagerly sending photos through his cell phone to his wife so she could personally choose which one she loved.

Chazen started creating custom and one-of-a kind watches beginning in October, 2004 and since has been featured
on Entertainment Tonight, E!, Extra, People.com and KTLA Morning News called her the “Hot New Designer On The Scene.
Within 3 months of business Chazen’s watches are already in the most exclusive stores in Los Angeles, San Francisco,
Philadelphia, Connecticut and Detroit.
Prior to her jewelry designing Jacqui Chazen was a celebrity and music publicist in New York City and Los Angeles.
Over the years while working she always had a knack for finding and creating unique accessories, which led her to
take up sewing. Jacqui had done a lot of drawing, never realizing that she had a talent for designing. All of Chazen’s
watches are one of a kind with unique rhinestone, colorful faces adorned with silk colorful bands that can be worn on
the wrist, as a belt, headband and even as a necklace. Chazen followed her passion to design jewelry that is unique
to the individual that is wearing it.
